Kindergarten
Extended Day Kindergarten is here! Vista del Mar is excited to have our kindergartners at school from 8:15-2:25 (M, W, Th, F) and 8:15-1:10 (Tuesday). This will provide your children with a longer opportunity to not only learn how to read, write and do math problems, they will also learn social skills, turn taking, and how to improve their small and large motor skills. Please join us for our TK/K Roundup on January 23, 2024 at 1:30 pm in our MPR and learn about our kindergarten programs and how to register your child. Kindergarten students must turn five by 9/1/24. Questions? Please contact Virginia at vlscherer@capousd.org.

Enrollment procedures:
- Complete an online registration starting 1/29/24, using the 24-25 school year option
- Contact Virginia at vlscherer@capousd.org or 949-234-5950 starting 1/29/24 to make an appointment to register your child.
- Bring the following documents to your registration appointment:
- birth certificate
- vaccination record (must have all 5-year-old immunizations by 8/20/24) vaccinationsrequired.pdf
- parent photo ID
- current utility bill
- mortgage/lease/deed
